- 1 Tea/coffee pot
- 1 sugar bowl
- 1 milk jug
Made by Kobenhavn porcelain. White, with light blue sash and a gold trim.
Date of manufacture uncertain, but definitely before 1969.
A matching French damask runner, white with light blue, red and mustard stripes that really bring out the gold and the blue in the porcelain.
The tea set comes from one of our many visits to lovely Denmark, and it is actually a coffee set:
Scandinavians make their coffee is a size halfway between Italy and America: a cross between a mug and and a demitasse.
We have used it as both: for espresso with a dash of milk foam, or tea and lemon.
The runner comes from a boutique in Gourdon, a medieval village in Provence.
For a short time, 150€ SHIPPING INCLUDED ANYWHERE,
4 matching cups with saucers and dessert plates are available as a separate set. We love to mix and mismatch!
Both sets for 280€ instead of 310€. Please enquire.
