Pick up in the center of Florence at 9:30am and return around 5:00pm.
We travel to the countryside of Chianti Rufina, to a private estate of 600 acres of olive groves, vineyards and cypress forests, and its working winery, where you learn how Chianti Wine and Extra virgin olive oil are made.

(Visit to the winery available on week-days only)
There, we will have a generous snack of fresh bread and olive oil and different kinds of high quality wines. .(Available 7 days a week)

Then, off to the cooking class:

In about 20 minutes, we will arrive to destination: the setting will be a private historical home in the countryside (be it an 800-year old villa on the hills over Florence, or a thousand-year old farmhouse in Chianti), where we’ll learn how to make homemade ravioli from scratch, and other types of pasta.
(It’s a hands-on lesson, you don’t just watch a chef do all the work ...).

The tour will end up with a plentiful home-cooked lunch, with unlimited wine, coffee and homemade dessert included.
After lunch, we can relax on the lawn, chat at the table while having espresso the Italian way, or even have a quick snooze while everybody exchanges addresses and suggestions!.
