If you are on a budget or in a hurry, you don't have to choose between the Uffizi, the san Lorenzo market and a taste of Chianti : our morning excursion will bring you back to town in time for an afternoon of arts and bargains!

After pick up in Florence, we'll drive to the breathtaking, 6,000 acre estate of a renovated renaissance villa. There, we'll visit the inside of one of the top ranking wineries in Chianti, and will be offered a generous winetasting.

We can then explore the grounds a bit, or if you prefer, we'll just 'hang out' and relax on the lawn with a glass of wine in one hand a bruschetta in the other... Around noon, we'll set up a nice picnic with some local goodies like fresh ricotta, and prosciutto, olives, focaccia, (or whatever we''ll find freshest at the market that same morning) and top it all off with biscotti and vinsanto.
We will be back to town by 2 pm
