After the wine-tasting, we head to a century old monastery
where we start our hands-on lesson and prepare homemade ravioli and
tagliatelle, right from scratch. Then our guide-chef will set the table
and serve antipasti and other local treats, so we can sit down to enjoy
the fruits of our labour.
After lunch, we can relax on the lawn, chat at the table while having
espresso the Italian way, or even have a quick snooze while everybody
exchanges addresses and suggestions!.
We recommend it to everybody, (children
love making angel-hair pasta!), as a fun, weatherproof way to learn
a delicious and easy Italian meal and to enjoy a day in the countryside.
